Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to photos, text, artwork, instructions, and other content submitted to InkeonPets.
1. You must have rights to the content
Only upload photos, text, or artwork that you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload copyrighted, trademarked, celebrity, public-person, brand-logo, team-logo, or third-party content unless you have the legal right to use it on merchandise.
2. Prohibited content
You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, threatening, exploitative, sexually explicit, graphically violent, defamatory, deceptive, invasive of privacy, or intended to impersonate another person without authorization.
3. Pet-focused use
InkeonPets is designed for pet-focused personalized products. Human photos may be used only when supported by the selected design flow. We may reject content that does not fit the product, cannot be safely processed, or would create unacceptable results.
4. No harmful instructions or abuse
You may not attempt to bypass security, remove watermarks from unpaid previews, overload preview generation, scrape files, attack the website, abuse promo codes, submit automated requests, or interfere with service operations.
5. Text restrictions
Custom text must not include profanity directed at protected groups, hate speech, threats, illegal claims, sexual content, medical or legal claims, personal data of others, or content that violates third-party rights. We may shorten, reject, or refuse text that does not fit the design or printable area.
6. Review and enforcement
InkeonPets may review, reject, remove, watermark, block, or cancel content or orders that violate this policy or create legal, technical, fulfillment, or brand-safety risks. We may also limit preview attempts or block access to protect the service.
7. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for your submitted content and for any claims arising from your use of that content. If a third-party claim is made regarding content you submitted, you agree to cooperate in resolving the issue.
