This Privacy Policy explains how InkeonPets, operated by Ieonflow LLC, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use inkeonpets.com.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and checkout information, such as name, email, phone number, shipping address, and order details.
• Uploaded photos and design content, including pet photos, optional human photos, selected product options, custom text, approved previews, and final artwork files.
• Payment information processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser type, device data, session data, logs, cookies, local storage, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification signals.
• Customer support communications and order issue information.

2. How we use information

We use information to create previews, generate artwork, apply security watermarks, prepare production files, process checkout, fulfill orders, provide customer support, detect abuse, enforce preview limits, improve the service, comply with legal obligations, and protect InkeonPets, customers, and service providers.

3. Photos, artwork, and watermarked previews

Your uploaded photos and generated artwork are used to create your selected t-shirt or canvas product. Website previews may include watermarks for protection. Production files used for fulfillment are prepared without the preview watermark. We do not sell your uploaded photos or generated artwork to advertisers.

4. Service providers

We may share information with vendors that help operate the service, including payment processors, security providers, workflow automation tools, image generation and image-processing providers, file hosting providers, print and fulfillment partners, shipping providers, email/support tools, and analytics or logging services.

5. Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect preview generation and other sensitive actions from abuse. Turnstile may process browser and security signals such as IP address, user agent, and related technical data as described by Cloudflare.

6. Cookies and local storage

The site may use cookies, session storage, and local storage to remember language, cart items, preview state, order identifiers, security status, and checkout information needed for the current session.

7. Retention

We retain order, artwork, and transaction records as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, handle disputes, meet tax/accounting obligations, enforce policies, and maintain operational security. Preview or cache files may be removed or archived over time.

8. Your choices

You may choose not to upload a photo or not to place an order. You may request correction or deletion of certain information when legally and operationally possible. Some records may need to be retained for completed orders, security, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Children

InkeonPets is not intended for children under 13. Do not submit personal information of children without appropriate parental or legal authorization.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for uploading only content you are authorized to use.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted on the website applies after it is posted.
