These Terms of Service govern your use of InkeonPets and purchases made through inkeonpets.com. InkeonPets is operated by Ieonflow LLC. By using the website, creating a preview, approving artwork, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and service

InkeonPets creates custom pet-focused artwork for made-to-order products, including custom pet t-shirts and museum-style pet canvas art. The service may use automated design tools, image generation workflows, background removal, image enhancement, mockups, and print-production preparation.

2. USA-only availability

The current InkeonPets launch is available only for customers and shipping addresses located in the United States. Orders outside the United States may be rejected or canceled.

3. Customer content and permissions

You are responsible for the photos, text, names, artwork, and other materials you upload or submit. You confirm that you own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it for personalized merchandise. You grant InkeonPets and its service providers a limited license to process, edit, transform, store, and use your content only as needed to create previews, prepare final artwork, fulfill your order, provide customer support, and protect the service.

4. Artwork previews, approval, and watermarks

Previews and final-print previews shown on the website may include visible or semi-transparent InkeonPets watermarks for security and protection. These watermarks are used to protect generated artwork from unauthorized copying. The watermark shown on the website preview is not intended to appear on the physical product delivered to you. The production files used for printing are prepared without the preview watermark when the order is fulfilled.

Because artwork is personalized, you should review the preview carefully before approval. By clicking approval or proceeding to checkout, you authorize InkeonPets to use the approved design package for production.

5. Custom text and design limitations

Custom t-shirt text may be limited in length and may be adjusted to fit the printable area. The Half Pet design uses a fixed phrase. Canvas products do not use t-shirt text. InkeonPets may refuse or cancel content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, infringes rights, includes prohibited material, or cannot be printed properly.

6. Pricing, payment, taxes, and delivery

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Product pricing may include standard U.S. delivery when stated on the website. Taxes may be added when required. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment services. InkeonPets does not store full payment card numbers.

7. Production, shipping, and delays

Products are made to order after approval and payment. Estimated production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If a delay, fulfillment issue, image problem, or print-provider issue occurs, InkeonPets may contact you, request a correction, reprocess the artwork, issue a replacement, or cancel/refund the affected order when appropriate.

8. No unauthorized use of previews or artwork

Previews, mockups, and final-print preview images displayed before fulfillment are provided for review and ordering only. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, remove watermarks from, or use them commercially unless and until you have purchased the corresponding product and received permission through the completed order.

9. Third-party providers

InkeonPets may use service providers for payment processing, security verification, file storage, workflow automation, image generation, background removal, image enhancement, printing, fulfillment, shipping, and email or support operations. These providers are used only to operate the service and fulfill orders.

10. Intellectual property

The InkeonPets name, logo, site design, software, templates, prompts, workflows, mockups, and brand elements belong to InkeonPets or Ieonflow LLC. References to third-party brands, artists, styles, or names are descriptive only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

11. Refunds and order issues

Refunds, replacements, cancellations, and damaged-item claims are handled under the Refund Policy. Because products are personalized and made to order, returns for preference changes, wrong size selection, uploaded-photo quality, or buyer’s remorse may be limited.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InkeonPets is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill. InkeonPets’ total liability for a purchased product is limited to the amount paid for that product.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the website applies to future use and future orders after it is posted.
